  • I had a psychotherapy session with Bianca Brandt Rousseau yesterday, and her guided breath work was for me very moving and calming all at once. I felt very peaceful and connected afterwards. I still feel the centring effects of this practice. I highly recommend her and her approach to psychotherapy. She is very enlightened and empathetic. Two very important traits in an effective psychotherapist.

  • After struggling with anxiety and depression for some time, I started working with Bianca in breath sessions. Before each session, I am typically feeling worried, sad, numb, unmotivated, or a combination of these things. However, I leave each session uplifted, energized, and hopeful.   • Breath work has been an absolute game changer for me. When playing hockey I have experienced greater stamina, focus, and technique, which has resulted in greater points and enjoyment of the game. My yoga practice feels deeper and more connected. I’m no longer struggling in my postures for my breath to hold my form, or to navigate the heat in the room, all which helps me meditate and focus more than I have in 10 years of practice. My stress at work has dropped significantly, and I feel much more grounded in my personal life.
